I took a few pictures of the breakfast that we get to enjoy every morning.

Our breakfast view

Breakfast has been included every morning, but the chocolate croissants have been our favourite.

We had a relaxing morning as a storm has hit the Amalfi Coast. We ventured out this afternoon when the sun peeked out for a bit.

Our hotel from the water.

We hiked up the hill to see a very old cemetery.

This is only a portion of the graves/niches/mausoleums that we saw. The caretaker was there placing fresh flowers, including orchids, by the burial sites.

Lemon orchard

Once down the hill, Keanna and I went to a paper making museum and Keanna got to try her hand at it! They have made paper here for over 700 years!

Meanwhile, Gary and Laura scouted out supper plans. Due to the storm worsening, we ate some pizza while the power went on and off,

grabbed some gelato while the storm slowed, and then climbed back up the hill to the hotel.

Extra black is dark chocolate!

We watched the crazy waves actually move vehicles and lightening flashed across the sky. We are now warm and dry in our room. Tomorrow we head to Rome!
