Day 27 February 12, 2014
Today was bittersweet. We enjoyed our time in Fiji, but it is time to begin our journey home. We took an early morning walk before packing, enjoying breakfast, and then heading to the airport for our afternoon flight back to Sydney.
We didn’t take any photos today, so here are a few more shots of our resort from the archives:
The airport didn’t have free Wifi or air conditioning so it was pretty warm. People were fanning themselves or heading into the air-conditioned Duty Free shop to cool off. Eventually we boarded our 737 and our flight went well.
We are presently at our hotel in Sydney for the night, and tomorrow we head back to Medicine Hat. Good night for now!
