Day 26 February 11, 2014
This morning we had breakfast by the ocean after a morning walk, and then we decided to head back downtown because it was so entertaining. Gary found a massage parlour and had a 60 minute massage for $40 Fijian (about 26 Canadian). I decided to forgo the massage as I am still recuperating from the last one!! We headed to the marketplace and took a look around.
After another ice cream cone, we headed back, avoiding sales people as we went. It was 32 again (feels like 45), so we headed back out to the water. We kayaked a bit in the bath water temperature ocean:
After a few hours of relaxing by and in the pool, we went in search of food. Success!! We enjoyed Mexican tonight: chips and salsa, a chicken burrito, and we finished up with a banana chimichanga served with ice cream. Delicious!!
Back to the beach we went and waited for the sunset. We were not disappointed:
This is our last night in Fiji, and we have enjoyed our time of relaxing at the Radisson Blu Resort. Tomorrow we head back to Sydney, and we fly home on Thursday.
Proverbs 26:20
“For lack of wood the fire goes out,
and where there is no whisperer, quarreling ceases.”
